I started Fur, Paws and Fun In January 2026 after a long career as a Primary school teacher. It was born out of a life-long love of animals and specifically dogs. My aim was to provide safe, enriching walks and science-based, force-free training for dogs across Clowne, Bolsover, Barlborough, Whitwell, Creswell, Stanfree, Shuttlewood, Elmton and nearby villages.

Since starting my business I have completed several courses with the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Training), who help people like me to deliver science-based, force-free training methods to all dog owners who want to raise a confident and calm canine companion.

I am fully insured and first-aid trained. I hold an enhanced DBS check, and have a wealth of experience with animals and dogs of all shapes and sizes.
